Acicul Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Magaldrate and Dimethicone.\tMagaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
