Amasid Suspension is a combination medicine used in the treatment of acidity, stomach ulcer and bloating. It helps in relieving the symptoms of acidity and ulcers such as stomach pain or irritation. It also neutralizes excessive acid in the stomach and helps in easy passage of gas. Amasid Suspension is taken with food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. How it Works

Amasid Suspension is a combination of four medicines: Aluminium Hydroxide, Dicyclomine, Magnesium and Simethicone which relieve acidity, heartburn and stomach ulcers. Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium neutralize the excess acid in stomach. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
