Austril MF Nasal Spray is a medicine used to prevent and treat allergic symptoms like sneezing and runny nose due to allergies, nasal congestion, and nasal polyps. It works by reducing swelling and irritation in your nose and belongs to a group of medicines called corticosteroids. You should always use Austril MF Nasal Spray as advised by your doctor. To get the full benefit of the medicine you should take it regularly. Blow your nose gently before using it, keep one nostril closed while applying the medicine into the other, and then sniff hard to make sure it reaches deep into the nose. Repeat for the other nostril.The most common side effects of this medicine include nasal irritation, sore throat, wheezing, nosebleed, upper respiratory tract infection, viral infections, and vomiting. If you are worried about any of the side effects, let your doctor know. Your doctor might be able to help you cope with the side effects. In general, you should try to avoid situations which make your symptoms worse (things like pollen and dust mites) and it’s best not to smoke.Before using this medicine, you should ask your doctor for advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. How it Works

Austril MF Nasal Spray is a steroid. It gets absorbed into the cells of the inner surface of the nose and works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and allergies. This relieves blocked or runny nose, sneezing and sinus discomfort, and other symptoms caused by nasal congestion and nasal polyps.
