Budesal Respules is a medicine used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). How it Works

Budesal Respules is a combination of two medicines: Levosalbutamol and Budesonide. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening the airways. Budesonide is a corticosteroid; it works by stopping the release of certain natural substances in the body that are responsible for inflammation (swelling) in the airways.
