Cebran Eye/Ear Drops is a medicine used in the treatment of various types of bacterial ear or eye infections. It prevents the growth of the bacteria that cause infection in the eyes or ears. It also relieves the painful symptoms of infections. Cebran Eye/Ear Drops is to be used as per the label instructions or as suggested by your doctor. This medicine must be applied only to the affected eye or ear and use it regularly to get the most benefit. The course of the medicine should be completed even if you feel better. You must wash your hands before administering the medicine. Do not use it more than the recommended dose.Use of this medicine may cause burning sensation, stinging, and irritation at the application site. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water.Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.

How it Works

Cebran Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Ciprofloxacin and Boric Acid. Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic. It prevents the bacterial cells in the eye/ear from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Boric Acid is an antiseptic which cleans out the eye/ear and relieves irritation.
