Chloranicol-S Eye Drop is a combination medicine used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections. Chloranicol-S Eye Drop is a combination of two antibiotics: Chloramphenicol and Sulphacetamide which treat eye infections. Chloramphenicol stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Sulphacetamide works by preventing the bacteria from producing folic acid, a nutrient required for bacterial multiplication. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
