Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control the high blood sugar levels in diabetic patients. This reduces the chances of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease. Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time every day, this will help you remember to take it. The dose will be decided by your doctor. Do not stop taking it without asking your doctor. If you do, your blood sugar levels may increase and put you at risk of serious complications like kidney damage and blindness. This medicine is only part of a treatment program that should include a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight reduction as advised by your doctor.Common side effects of this medicine include hypoglycemia, nasopharyngitis, urinary tract infections, and gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, diarrhea, and constipation. Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin lowers blood sugar by causing the kidneys to get rid of more glucose in the urine. Gliclazide increases the amount of insulin your pancreas makes. Insulin reduces blood sugar by helping the cells use/store glucose.
