Dacron Plus Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat common cold symptoms. It provides relief from symptoms like a runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and fever. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain, and inflammation. Dacron Plus Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended by your doctor.Using this medicine may cause some common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help you with ways to reduce or prevent them.The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. How it Works

Dacron Plus Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve cold symptoms. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach.
