It can act against both the larval and adult forms of the parasitic worms that cause filariasis. Dec 50mg Syrup should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Simply take the next dose as planned.Some people may experience a headache, dizziness, vomiting, and abnormal liver function tests as the side effects of this medicine.
