Derobin Ointment has a combination of medicines that are used to treat psoriasis. It helps to provide relief from redness, itching, and swelling. It removes dead skin cells and helps in softening the skin. Derobin Ointment should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. It is for external use only.Do not use this medicine more than the recommended dose. Inform your doctor if you have known allergies from this medicine. How it Works
Derobin Ointment is a combination of three medicines: Salicylic Acid, Dithranol and Coal Tar, which treats psoriasis. Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar are keratolytic medicines. They work by breaking down keratin clumps which removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. Dithranol is a tar-like substance which works by slowing down the rapid growth of skin cells.
