If they persist or worsen, or if you experience unusual symptoms like rash, severe pain, or hearing changes, contact your doctor immediately. While using Dexaneo-AC Ear Drop, avoid inserting cotton swabs or other objects into your ear, as this can irritate the ear canal or worsen the infection. Dexaneo-AC Ear Drop is a combination of two medicines: Neomycin and Dexamethasone. Neomycin kills the bacteria causing the infection by stopping their protein production, while dexamethasone reduces inflammation, pain, and swelling in the ear canal.
