Dicwoz MR Tablet is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of muscle pain. It blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicwoz MR Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Depending on the severity of your underlying illness, your doctor will decide the precise dose. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.It may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea, etc. in some patients. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine.Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have liver or kidney problems or are using blood-thinning medicines. It may affect the dose or suitability of this medicine. Let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Dicwoz MR Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac, and Famotidine. Paracetamol and Diclofenac work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm and associated pain. Famotidine is an antacid which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
