Dolomec Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Dolomec Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. Methionine belongs to the class of compounds known as amino acids. It works by removing harmful breakdown products of paracetamol in the liver. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.
