Fenlong S Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used in various conditions such as muscle ache, back pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and toothache. It also promotes healing at the site of inflammation. Fenlong S Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and loss of appetite. Fenlong S Tablet is a combination of three medicines. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Famotidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relieving stomach acid, indigestion, and heartburn. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that works by breaking down the chemical messengers involved in pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
