Fevastin Injection is a medicine used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain in conditions such as post-surgery or other cancer-related pain. It provides fast relief by decreasing the intensity of pain signals to the brain and preventing the release of certain chemicals in the brain that cause pain.Fevastin Injection is generally administered by a doctor or a nurse and should not be self-administered. The dose and duration will depend on what you are receiving it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep getting the injection as long as the doctor has prescribed it.Fevastin Injection is generally safe if administered within the recommended dosage. However, some people may experience side effects such as dizziness, confusion, spasms, and breathlessness. These are temporary and usually resolve in due time. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, let your doctor know.Inform your doctor about any medical conditions that you have before receiving this injection. How it Works

Fevastin Injection contains two ingredients. Paracetamol may act predominantly by inhibiting synthesis of a pro-inflammatory substance (prostaglandin) in the central nervous system and to a lesser extent through a peripheral action by blocking pain impulse generation. Lidocaine alleviates pain at site of injection by causing local numbness.
