Make sure to report to your child’s doctor if the side effects persist or become bothersome for your child. Before giving this medicine to your child, let the doctor know if your child has had any previous episodes of medicine allergy, metabolic disorder, liver impairment, kidney malfunction, asthma, or blood disorder. This information is critical for dose alterations and for planning your child’s overall treatment.

How it Works

Fevrelief D Oral Suspension contains two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is an antiemetic that works on the vomiting center in the brain. It also increases the movement of the muscles of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraines. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause the pain associated with migraine.
