Formodeal B 6mcg/200mcg Capsule is used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder. It stops the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation of the airways. It also helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening them and making it easier to breathe. It is better to take Formodeal B 6mcg/200mcg Capsule in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. In case you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any severe medical condition. It may cause some side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, and increased heart rate.
How it Works
Formodeal B 6mcg/200mcg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Formoterol and Budesonide. Formoterol is a long-acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Budesonide is a steroid. It works by stopping the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
