It also neutralizes excessive acid in the stomach and helps in easy passage of gas. Gasowel Oral Suspension Sugar Free may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. How it Works

Gasowel Oral Suspension Sugar Free contains three active ingredients. Aluminium hydroxide neutralizes excess gastric acid. Magnesium hydroxide exerts a demulcent effect, protects gastrointestinal inner lining from irritation and erosion. Simethicone relieves painful pressure caused by excess gas in the stomach and intestines. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose provides stability to the formulation.
