It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Lactic acid bacillus is bacteria. It promotes the growth of good bacteria in the gut for proper digestion. Thus, it helps to prevent diarrhea that may occur as the side effects of Cefixime and Linezolid.
