Ibuspa 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine which helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. It also relaxes the muscles of the stomach and gut (intestine), thereby providing relief from cramps and pain. Ibuspa 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as sleepiness, weakness, dizziness, blurred vision, and dryness in mouth. Ibuspa 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Dicyclomine. Ibuprofen and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain.
