Ibuspa 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine which helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. It also relaxes the muscles of the stomach and gut (intestine), thereby providing relief from cramps and pain. Ibuspa 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food.
