Iotrim Eye Ointment is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of eye infection with inflammation. It kills the bacteria and helps in relieving redness, itching, and swelling caused by the infection. Use Iotrim Eye Ointment only in the affected eye. How it Works

Iotrim Eye Ointment is a combination of two antibiotics (Gramicidin and Neomycin) and a steroid (Triamcinolone). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria that cause infections. The steroid blocks the action of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy.
