Keptop Lotion is a combination medicine that treats fungal skin infections. It kills the fungi that cause the infection and relieves itching and irritation. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse with water thoroughly.This medicine is usually safe; however, it may cause burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. How it Works

Keptop Lotion is a combination of three medicines, aloe vera, ketoconazole, and zinc pyrithione. Aloe vera nourishes and moisturizes the skin. Ketoconazole is an antifungal medication that kills and stops the growth of fungi by destroying their cell membranes. Zinc pyrithione is also an antifungal medicine. It makes fungal cells absorb copper, which in turn disrupts protein utilization mechanisms in the cells. This is how it stops fungal growth.
