Leaflam Plus 100mg/325mg/20mg Capsule is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Leaflam Plus 100mg/325mg/20mg Capsule also prevents and reduces the chances of acid reflux, heartburn, and stomach ulcers. This medicine can be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.This medicine's most common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, flatulence, and loss of appetite. How it Works

Leaflam Plus 100mg/325mg/20mg Capsule is a combination of two pain relievers (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol) and a proton pump inhibitor (Rabeprazole). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). However, they may cause damage to the stomach lining. The proton-pump inhibitor is added to reduce acid secretion and prevent this damage.
