Lonitab 10 Tablet is a vasodilator used in the treatment of certain hypertension cases. It works by opening adenosine triphosphate-sensitive potassium channels in vascular smooth muscle cells. This helps to dilate the arteries (blood vessels) to increase the blood flow and to decrease the blood pressure.
