Miol-OD Tablet is a combination of vitamin and mineral supplements. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Folic acid is essential for the production of red blood cells. It prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. Chromium picolinate reduces insulin resistance and the risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that protects the brain and nerves from harmful free radicals. It lowers bad cholesterol and breaks down carbohydrates to make energy. Pyridoxine treats and prevents the deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves the functioning of the nervous and immune systems. Selenium prevents cell damage and protects the body from the poisonous effects of heavy metals and other harmful substances. Zinc is needed for the body's immune system to work properly.
