Temosure 250 Capsule is used in the treatment of specific type of cancer of the brain. It is used to treat brain tumors if they return or get worse after standard treatment. It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor. Temosure 250 Capsule prevents cancer cells from growing, as a result of which they eventually die. This stops the spread of cancer cells in the body. It also works by decreasing your immune system's response to various diseases. Since the growth of normal body cells may also be affected with this medicine, other effects may also occur. Temosure 250 Capsule often causes nausea and vomiting. However, it is important that you continue to receive the medicine, even if you begin to feel ill. Do not stop taking this medicine without first checking with your doctor. This medicine may reduce the number of blood cells in your blood thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with kidney, liver and heart function during treatment with this medicine. Inform your doctor if you observe signs of infections such as fever, chills, body ache or if you have unusual bruising or bleeding. It is important to use effective contraception to avoid getting pregnant or fathering a child during treatment. The duration of the treatment with this medicine is decided by your doctor depending upon your disease.
