It relieves headache by blocking the release of a certain chemicals in the brain that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. Trimol 250 mg/30 mg/150 mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. Take it in the dose and duration as directed by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.The most common side effects of this medicine include increased heart rate and restlessness. Paracetamol and Phenazone work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce headache.
