It may also be used to treat Paget’s disease of bone and to quickly reduce calcium levels in the blood. Unicalcin 100mg Injection is given by a healthcare professional and should not be self-administered. You should use it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit from it. Continue using it as recommended by your doctor and complete the dose even if you feel better. If you stop, your symptoms may get worse.Some common side effects of this medicine include injection site reactions, flushing, skin rash, fatigue, edema, musculoskeletal pain, joints pain, high blood pressure, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, and visual disturbance.
