Asset Liquidation Protection: In the event that FulMeds undergoes a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or a wholesale sale of assets, all intellectual property rights, system code, and database compilations will transfer seamlessly to the acquiring entity as a core business asset.

3. Absolute Prohibition of Web Scraping, Data Mining, and AI Bots

Reverse-Engineering Ban: You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of our mobile application or website frameworks.
Legal Consequences: Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of contract and an infringement of intellectual property rights.
