Ciprom-FC Cream is a combination of three medicines: Ofloxacin , Fluocinolone acetonide and Clotrimazole which treats skin infections. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Fluocinolone acetonide is a steroid. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi on skin by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.
